TRAVIS GLOVER

STATE CHAIR

Travis Glover, graduating in 2027, is a rising junior at Franklin Central High School in Indianapolis. He currently serves as the State Chair and Former State Vice Chair of the Indiana High School Democrats. After applying for the election, Travis won his election uncontested.

Beyond his involvement with INHSD, Travis finds joy in various activities. He participates in musical theatre, enjoys listening to pop music, binges Law and Order: SVU, and frequents popular spots like Starbucks, Crumbl, Costco, and Swig. Travis is dedicated to working collaboratively with his team to restore Indiana’s status as a purple state.

BRYSON MINTON

STATE VICE CHAIR

Bryson Minton is a Rising Sophomore at Greenfield-Central High School and the Former Expansion Director for the Indiana High School Democrats. He’s from Hancock County, where he also serves as Chair of the Hancock County High School Democrats and works to get more students involved in politics at the local level. After applying for the role, Bryson won his election uncontested to become the Vice Chair of the Indiana High School Democrats

Bryson loves working on political campaigns and being involved in grassroots organizing, and he’s especially motivated by the idea of helping making Indiana a bluer state. When he’s not organizing or talking politics, he’s probably hanging out with his dog or staying involved in his community.

RANVEER VERMA

LEGISLATIVE DIRECTOR

Ranveer Verma is a Rising Senior at Penn High School in Granger, Indiana, and a nationally recognized youth leader in public health, civic engagement, and student advocacy. He serves on the Indiana Department of Health’s Youth Advisory Board, where he advises state health officials on youth-focused policy and helps implement statewide initiatives targeting health equity and access. Ranveer is also a member of the Mishawaka Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council and the Youth Advisor for the Indiana Department of Health’s 5-2-1-0 Child Wellness Workgroup. As the Founder and President of Healthy Hands Healthy Hearts, he has organized hygiene kit distributions and installations impacting communities across multiple states and countries, generating over 50,000 impressions and hundreds of service hours. In addition, Ranveer founded Civiforum, a civic engagement platform that expands student access to public service and policy writing nationwide. He’s excited to be involved with INHSD and hopes to create new impact!

CAITLIN RUBECK

PROGRAMS DIRECTOR

Caitlin Rubeck is a rising junior at Zionsville Community High School. She is currently a part of Model UN, Key Club, Girls in Government, Women in Service, and also plays lacrosse on the high school team. Aside from all of that, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, crocheting, and playing basketball and soccer for fun!

NORA PEDIGO

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Nora Pedigo is a Rising Senior at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in Indianapolis. Inspired by the empowering women she grew up around and her love of connecting with different communities, Nora is deeply involved in student leadership at her school. She serves as the Co-President of Brebeuf’s book club, where she helped establish a Little Free Library to expand access to books and encourage reading within the community. Additionally, Nora is the Co-Vice President of the school’s pre-law club, where she explores her interest in law, advocacy, and civic engagement. Outside of academics, she is also a member of the Brebeuf golf team. Through her involvement, Nora hopes to make a meaningful change and learn from the inspiring stories of Hoosiers across Indiana.

AUDREY LEFEVERS

EXPANSION DIRECTOR

Audrey Lefevers is a rising sophomore at Franklin Central High School and a member of the Class of 2029. Audrey serves as the Expansions Director for the INHSD, where she is committed to helping grow student engagement and strengthen Democratic organizing efforts across the state. Appointed to her position in 2026, Audrey works alongside fellow student leaders to expand outreach, connect with new members, and build a stronger network of young people involved in civic engagement throughout Indiana.

Outside of her work with INHSD, Audrey is actively involved in both theatre and orchestra where she plays the cello, both at Franklin Central. She also enjoys exploring the visual and fine arts and appreciates the creativity and self-expression they provide. Audrey is excited to work with her team to empower young voices, encourage civic participation, and help shape a brighter future for Indiana.
